Reform Chavurah
|
The University of Michigan
Reform Chavurah is a dynamic group of progressive Jews on campus.
Along with providing Reform style services every Friday evening, the
Reform Chavurah also sponsors occasional social events that bring
together Reform students from across campus.
Associated with the Union
of Reform Judaism's Kesher program, the Reform havurah seeks to
provide a progressive Jewish atmosphere for learning, socializing,
and spirituality. The Friday evening Shabbat service is an
interactive and innovative service that incorporates both Hebrew and
English singing accompanied by a guitar. For more information, please
contact the Reform Chavurah co-chairs Lauren Strahs or Eyelle Sacher at
ReformLeadersW09@umich.edu.
